Once your order is dispatched by Australia Post, you will receive your order within 3-20 business days of the dispatch date. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the express shipping option for $5 extra on checkout.

Shipping times may vary, but we work our hardest to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If your order is placed during the weekend or Australian public holiday, we will ship on the next business day. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We use third party delivery services such as Australia Post or DHL couriers. This means delivery times after dispatch are subject to those third party services which are outside our control. Therefore, all delivery timeframes are estimates only, and unfortunately, we will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by delivery services.
