How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over $180 or a flat rate of $10. All orders are sent from our Australian based warehouse in biodegradable packaging.
How fast is your Australian shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped within two business days of purchase (pending availability and credit verification). Once your order is dispatched by Australia Post, you will receive your order within 3-20 business days of the dispatch date. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the express shipping option for $5 extra on checkout.
Shipping times may vary, but we work our hardest to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If your order is placed during the weekend or Australian public holiday, we will ship on the next business day. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on international orders over AUD $299, or a flat rate of AUD $45 for standard international shipping. All orders are sent from our Australian based warehouse in biodegradable packaging.
How fast is your international shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped within two business days of purchase (pending availability and credit verification). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your order within an estimated 2-4 weeks from the fulfilment date.
We use third party delivery services such as Australia Post or DHL couriers. This means delivery times after dispatch are subject to those third party services which are outside our control. Therefore, all delivery timeframes are estimates only, and unfortunately, we will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by delivery services.

We recognize that sometimes you may change your mind. For this reason, we offer a straightforward return policy for full-priced items, subject to the following terms:
- You must return items within 30 days of purchase.
- All items should be in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with all tags, and protective hygiene strips intact.
- Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused.
- Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns or change-of-mind exchanges.

Processing Refunds
To initiate a refund, simply contact us or email us at orders@f-lux.com.au with your order details. We will guide you on how to return the items. Once we receive your return, it will undergo a quality review. Following approval, you will be refunded the full purchase price directly to the original method of payment.
We aim to process returns within 5-7 business days after they arrive at our warehouse. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
