Quality Guarantee

All items are thoroughly inspected for quality before they reach you in Australia and before we dispatch them. If, however, you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact our Customer Care team. You can reach us by sending photos and your order details to orders@f-lux.com.au, and we will assist you promptly.

Changed Your Mind? We Understand

We recognize that sometimes you may change your mind. For this reason, we offer a straightforward return policy for full-priced items, subject to the following terms:

  • You must return items within 30 days of purchase.
  • All items should be in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with all tags, and protective hygiene strips intact.
  • Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused.
  • Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns or change-of-mind exchanges.

Our Sustainability Commitment: Return Shipping Costs

Because of our commitment to sustainability, we no longer offer free returns. Unfortunately, the behavior of purchasing multiple sizes to try and then returning them is not sustainable. To ensure the best fit and minimize returns, we encourage you to check our sizing chart and explore our FAQ.

Processing Refunds

To initiate a refund, simply contact us or email us at orders@f-lux.com.au with your order details. We will guide you on how to return the items. Once we receive your return, it will undergo a quality review. Following approval, you will be refunded the full purchase price directly to the original method of payment.

We aim to process returns within 5-7 business days after they arrive at our warehouse. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange sizes or something is not quite right, please contact our customer care or send us an email at orders@f-lux.com.au with your order number and explain to us what happened.
